Delegate Terms and conditions
This agreement applies to and between you, the attendee of our
Facial Aesthetic & Gynaecology Event Series and BAFA London Ltd. (Company no. 13718501)
The terms hereby apply to any person, firm, company or other entity specified on the registration form for the Event (each the “delegate”) and BAFA London Ltd (“Us”, “We”, or “Our”).
As an attendee of this event, you are required to read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration and/or by attending an Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In this Agreement “you” and “your” refer to our Delegates and prospective delegates. “we”, “company”, “us” and “our” refer to BAFA London Ltd. Any and all attendance to our event is subject to this Agreement, which may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice to you. Any change of terms shall be binding and effective upon posting of the revised Agreement on our website. In addition to this Agreement, specific services or information contained on our website (https://bafa.events) may be subject to additional posted terms or guidelines applicable to such services. All such terms or guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Any request to cancel a registration within 15 days before the first day of the relevant Event shall be non-refundable. No refunds or other credits will be given in respect of attempted cancellations received after this date and any outstanding balance from the delegate’s fees shall remain payable.
