Event Questions

The First British Academy of Facial Aesthetic event will be held at Swissotel Bosphorus/Istanbul in which Facial Aesthetic, and Hands-On Courses will be conducted.
Second event will take place at Royal Society of Medicine/London
Third event will take place at Queen Elizabeth II Centre/London

The Facial Aesthetic will start from July 29(Friday) to July 31(Sunday), 2022, and will cover different facial related techniques like:

  • Clinical Anatomy & Physiology Related
  • Injectables Fillers with their recent guidelines, and best practice
  • Regenerative Approaches for Scars, Acne, and Face Lift
  • Face Lift Combination with Injectables and Energy Base Devices
  • Energy Base Devices with Fractional Laser, HIFU, or IPL
  • Upper Face Forehead, Glabella, Eyebrows, Crow’s feet Hairlines
  • Blood Vessels and Nerves
  • Botulinum Toxins
  • Surgical Approaches of the Periorbital & Complications Management
  • Nano Fat for Facial Rejuvenation Region, Dark Circles, Tear Trough, cheeks

Also will discuss some latest topics and techniques used in Aesthetic Dermatology like Skin Aging & Skin Enhancement. Lower Face Lips, Nasolabial Folds, Chin, Oval of The Face, and different useful methods for Nose, Neck, and Decollate in Medical Aesthetics will be covered on all three days of the facial aesthetic event.

The hands-on Courses play an important and significant part in this event as it starts on July 29, 2022, and ends on 31st July 2022. In which you will be able to learn about Hands-on BOTOX Course with Forehead, Crow’s Feet, Globella, Gummy Smile, Chin Perioral & Marionette Lines, Platysma Bands and Lines Upper & Lower Lips along with Hands-on Filler Course for all Upper Face, Mid Face & Lower Face.

Also please note that our hands-on courses are not include in the full pass and you have to pay for your hands-on courses separately.

It’s certainly not but due to limited seats available you can take hands-on courses to enhance your skills in hands-on sessions and use the latest products on real patients. 

Stackable digital badges can be awarded for each day of attendance, culminating in a BAFA event. You will receive your registration confirmation right away. However, your badge barcode will be sent out to you 15 days prior to the event. So, in case of any ambiguity, you can get in touch with us.

Yes, why not! You can take as many pictures or videos as you want to showcase the event. You can also put up the pictures on social apps like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter and use our event hashtag to get featured aswell. Since you accept the photo consent once you registered for the event there are certain areas that are RESTRICTED due to the nature of the event and we like everyone to follow the rules and procedures.

Once you arrived at the event, you can use our self-service registration desk to print your badge and enter the venue.

Our event schedule is on the website (https://bafa.events/agendas/). However detailed schedule will be accessible to all representatives on the website, our mobile platform, and email.

The Hotel Check-in for Facial Aesthetic Pass will be on the 28th, of July 2022 at 14:00 PM.

All delegates guaranteed check-out time is the 31st of July 2022 at 12:00 PM. We can not accommodate the hotel on the extra days before or after the event.

All hotel room types are available for attendees of the event. However, our policy is first come first serve so we cannot guarantee if you come late.

  • Choose the type of Pass you need for an event i.e Facial Aesthetic Pass

  • Pay the registration fee (you won’t be on the event registration until you pay)
  • You will then receive confirmation emails with the event details, and a payment receipt to keep for your records of the event’s payment

No, our system is fully automated and you can register yourself without creating an account. Then you will receive your exclusive BAFA portal 15 days prior to the event along with the details.

Once you have registered yourself for the event the details will be sent to your email address where you can track your event registration.

No, Registrations cannot be shared with anyone. Once you have done the registration it will be just for the individual registrants only, not numerous users. The access information of the event is prohibited from being shared between or with any other person.

Payment Questions

We accept MasterCard, VISA Card, American Express, Discover, and personal checks.

You can also contact us for wire transfer services if you have difficulty with paying with your Debit/Credit card.

There would be multiple reasons why a card transaction may decline. It can be due to not having sufficient balance, the linked account, a connection issue, or merchant error so we would suggest you contact your bank representative for detailed information.

Yes, plans are priced EUR. You will be charged EUR from your bank.

It usually takes up to 15 working days for a refund to be credited back to your account. But this can take longer depending on how you paid and/or your provider like bank and country of origin.

Certification Questions

Yes, A certificate of completion will be provided to you as all of our events are CPD certified and endorsed by the Royal College of Physicians, British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), and Royal Society of Medicine (RSM).

No, the event certificate is issued free of charge once you have finished your event.

Yes, the certificate will be provided after you are done with the event.

Your certificate will arrive in an email through our platform. If you want a printed certificate we will send you this option separately.

Venue Questions

Our event will take place at Swissotel Bosphorus located in Istanbul/Turkey.

Yes! BAFA event’s venue has a paved, flat entrance and an elevator for easy access to the floor.

You can contact hotel or you can contact us. We will make sure that your requirements have been met prior to your arrival.

Visa Questions

If your country requires a visa to enter Turkey, we can send you the special invitation letter so you can apply for your visa upon that. It will clearly state the dates of the event, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location.

For the visa invitation letter, you may request while registering to attend the event.

That is not in our hands and we are not responsible for any visa rejections. If your visa is delayed or denied, please contact the consulate where your application is being processed 15 days prior to the event and we will consider your situation on a case by case basis.

Before you submit a request for the BAFA Event invitation letter you should make sure that you have registered to attend the event and completed your payment. The requests for invitation letters without proof of payment can not be assisted. Then you need to check whether you require a visa to travel to the event’s host country. Lastly submit your passport information to submit in the request.
