Our Cancellation Policy

Delegates may cancel registration in accordance with terms & conditions clause 5 by sending an email to or fill out the refund form in the section below. The following shall apply in the event of a cancellation request:

  • 50% refund should the request occur within 1 month but less than 15 days to the event date
  • 80% refund if the request occurs up to 1 month from the event date.

Any request to cancel a registration within 15 days before the first day of the relevant Event shall be non-refundable. No refunds or other credits will be given in respect of attempted cancellations received after this date and any outstanding balance from the delegate’s fees shall remain payable.
